We offer free shipping for Australian orders under 1kg, with delivery in 7–10 business days for metro areas. Oversized items and international orders are subject to additional fees. All orders are dispatched the next business day and include tracking for secure delivery.

Returns & Refunds
Not satisfied with your purchase?
You can return items within 30 business days, provided they’re in original condition with tags intact. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for custom-made items over $700 or for items discounted by 50% or more. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error.
