We work to ensure your order arrives safely, beautifully, and without surprises.

Australian Orders

Complimentary Shipping

Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over $50 AUD (up to 1kg).

Dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm (AEST) are dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Art Prints & Plexiglass pieces require additional preparation time.

Delivery Timeframes

• Metro areas: 2–4 business days

• Regional & remote areas: Allow an additional 3–5 business days

All parcels are shipped via secure, fully trackable door-to-door delivery through Australia Post.

Oversized or Fragile Items

Larger artworks or pieces requiring custom protective packaging may incur an additional courier fee. If applicable, we will always confirm this with you before dispatch.

Delays

While we work closely with trusted courier partners, occasional delays due to external factors may occur. We appreciate your understanding.

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide from Australia, sharing a piece of Greece with our global community.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight, according to your location.

Estimated Delivery

Most international parcels arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing.

All international orders include full tracking, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout its journey.

Duties & Taxes

International Destinations
Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for guidance.

Large or Custom-Packaged Items

Fragile artworks or oversized pieces may require specialised packaging and additional courier fees. We will always communicate this clearly prior to dispatch.

Delivery Requirements

• Daytime delivery address required

• Valid phone number and email must be provided

• PO Boxes are not accepted for international shipments

Signature on Delivery

By insuring your order, you are entitled to a signature upon delivery. If the signature requirement is waived, responsibility transfers once the parcel is marked as delivered.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Items over $700 cant be refunded.

Returns

We hope you love your handcrafted piece from Greece. If for any reason it isn’t right for you, we accept returns within 14 business days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition

• With all original tags and packaging intact

How to Request a Return

1. Email  contact@thalassea.com.au with your order number

2. Once approved, return the item within 7 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered, trackable service.

Processing

• Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt

• Refunds may take up to 5 additional business days to appear in your account

If we have made an error with your order, we will cover return shipping and resend the correct item at no cost to you.

To ensure fairness across our community, we reserve the right to limit returns in cases of repeated excessive return patterns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If your preferred item is unavailable, we will issue a refund once the original item has been received and approved.

For exchange requests, please email  contact@thalassea.com.au and we will provide return instructions.

We recommend reviewing sizing guides carefully prior to purchase to ensure the perfect fit.
