Returns & Exchanges
At Thalassea, we take great pride in offering hand-crafted, thoughtfully made items from Greece. We’re confident you’ll love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 business days from the date of delivery—provided the item is unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
Returns Policy

Made-to-order items over AUD $700 are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Items marked 30% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please email your order number to contact@thalassea.com.au.

Once we approve your return request, you must ship the item back within 7 business days of receiving our confirmation email.

Returns received outside this window or not meeting return conditions will not be accepted.
Important Notes:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a registered and trackable postal service.

Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping and resend the correct item at no extra cost.

Returned items must be in original, unworn, and undamaged condition. Items that are used, washed, stained, missing tags, or otherwise altered will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the return, and an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Customers who make excessive returns may be denied future return privileges.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To avoid sizing issues, please consult the size chart before placing your order.

If the item you’d like in exchange is unavailable, a refund will be processed once the original item is returned and approved.

The shipping fee for sending the exchanged item will be charged before re-dispatch.

Custom-made items over AUD $700 are not eligible for exchange.

Items discounted by 50% or more are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
