The Sky Blue Butterfly earrings are handcrafted in Greece from sterling silver 925 with rich 18K gold plating — an ornate golden frame holding a luminous sky blue enamel stone that catches light the way the Aegean does on a still morning. The butterfly, in Greek mythology, was the symbol of the soul — psyche, the word for butterfly, was also the word for the deepest self. Beauty and transformation, held in the same form.
