Bakelite emerges as not just a decorative product but as a marvel of craftsmanship with its layered construction. Typically composed of two to five layers, bonded together using phenolic resin, Bakelite stands out as an exceptional material for rosary making. The outermost layer is dedicated to aesthetics, showcasing intricate designs, while the subsequent layers form the robust core of the Bakelite.
Post impregnation with resin, the product undergoes polymerization—a meticulous process involving compression through a hot press. This results in a material that is nearly indestructible, boasting remarkable strength, and stands as the epitome of durability in the realm of rosary production.
Bakelite, when paired with pieces of amber, as seen in our strand of 17 beads, not only encapsulates the beauty of tradition but also underscores the longevity and resilience inherent in this extraordinary material.

We offer free shipping for Australian orders under 1kg, with delivery in 7–10 business days for metro areas. Oversized items and international orders are subject to additional fees. All orders are dispatched the next business day and include tracking for secure delivery.

Returns & Refunds
Not satisfied with your purchase?
You can return items within 30 business days, provided they’re in original condition with tags intact. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for custom-made items over $700 or for items discounted by 50% or more. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error.
