About Kobologadiko

Kobologadiko is a family-owned Greek business with roots stretching back to 1988, when the Leropoulou family opened their first store in Nafplio — a space designed with traditional character and filled with komboloia from across the world. The response was immediate. People came not just to buy but to discover a world most had never fully explored.

From that single store in the Peloponnese, Kobologadiko grew into one of Greece's most respected names in komboloi and Beglery craft, expanding to Athens, Glyfada, Kifisia, Kolonaki and Mykonos, and reaching international airports and trade fairs along the way.

More than twenty-five years later the business remains family-run and true to its founding purpose — to keep the art of the komboloi alive, respected and accessible to anyone willing to slow down long enough to appreciate it.
